I am seeking a partner, or partners, to purchase a share in my large, well equipped catamaran, which is undergoing an extensive refit. Next spring or early summer we'd be heading for Graciosa, Lanzarote and after that for the Cape Verdes, where the boat will be based, as a live-aboard and cruising vessel. The Partnership would be very flexible, with either shared use, or sole use, or a combination now and again. This would be a very comfortable way of living for a retired or not-so-young person, in a nice climate, in an interesting part of the world which I know well. Would suit the less active person, who wants to relax, eat well, be comfortable, sail in the sun with a good breeze, and just generally enjoy a few years. It's hard for me to put a price. A one-third share would be £25k for instance. Or two people would halve that.
