This Lavezzi was launched in La Rochelle during April 2004, sailed into the Western Med and then Gibraltar where the new owners purchased her in November 2004. They have wintered in the Algarve, the UK and the Canaries and enjoyed summer sailing in the Bay of Biscay, Balearics and the Azores. She is now on the West coast of France and available for any inspection. She is certainly a delight to live on and sail and they have made every effort to keep her in "As New" condition. The upgrades and extras have added considerably to our comfort levels. UPGRADES AND EXTRAS:
1. Opening deck lights fitted near each bow - giving access to storage below from outside. 2. Mast fitted with 2 sets of prodders/spreaders. 3. Engines upgraded to Yanmar 3YM30 - each fitted with Vetus air-vents. 4. Solid cockpit roof with a "BAHIA" size moulded fibre-glass centre piece for walking on. The underneath of the roof has been insulated to stop any condensation and side screens can be fitted when required, producing a lovely warm, dry "conservatory" area ideal when winter mooring. 5. Very smart, white painted, aluminium frame positioned over the sterns and housing 4 x Shell SM110-12P solar panels - each producing 105 watts maximum. These are linked to the batteries through 2 x ASC charge regulators. 6. 2 x Ampair Pacific wind generators - very quiet in operation and producing up to 6 amps each. 7. Ampair Towing Generator - produces 5-6 amps when sailing. 8. Self-furling reacher sail mounted on an independently strengthened fibre-glass bow-sprit, complete with all lines. 9. Spare trampolene. 10. Emergency dinghy - an old Tinker Tramp - kept folded and secured to the bow connecting beam. Doesn't look very pretty but could prove very useful! 11. Wooden out-board engine mounting fastened to the port pull pit. 12. A total of 16 fenders (at the last count!) with plenty of mooring lines and 2 very long lengths of warp. 13. Main anchor - 35lb Delta type, 35M chain, 15M warp connected to new bridle. 14. Main sail lazy jacks and lazy bag. 15. Aerials for Navtex, GPS, VHF stereo radio plus radar dome. 16. 3M aluminium ladder - with attachable plywood floor - for use as boarding ladder. 17. Transom edge protection. 18. Full set of cockpit cushions. 19. Salon windows - privacy/sunshade cover screen. 20. Double helmsman's seat. 21. Cockpit instruments waterproof cover. 22. Leather bound steering wheel. 23. Cockpit instruments include: Suunto Compass with night light; Raymarine ST60 bidata (speed and depth); ST60 wind - all with repeater in salon. Autopilot ST6001 (new core computer fitted in April 2006); command mike (ICOM) linked to VHF in salon; outside temperature sensor; Raytheon SL70RCPLUS - combined colour chart plotter/radar; engine control panels and drive levers; 12V socket. 24. Shore power - ample length of cable stowed in cockpit locker - separate ring mains for each hull, salon and calorifier - linked to battery charger and inverter. 25. Battery charger - Tecsup switch mode 12V/60A. 26. Inverter - Mastervolt Mass Sine 12/2000 (the best!) with ON/OFF switch in salon. 27. S/B engine alternator upgraded to Mastervolt 100 amp unit. 28. Battery monitor - Mastervolt BTM-1 - sited in salon. 29. Eberspacher Hydronic water heater - Model D5WSC. Supplies hot water to calorifier and 3 x fan assisted radiators - one in each hull and one in salon (all thermostatically controlled). 30. Stainless steel barbecue - fastens to push-pit as required. 31. Set of detachable dinghy wheels - makes light work of pulling the dinghy up the beach. 32. Danforth Kedge anchor plus approximately 25M warp. 33. Total battery capacity upgraded to 800 amp hours. 34. Dinghy (held in davits). Brig XM300 - a well used work horse purchased in 2002. 35. Suzuki 2.5HP outboard engine - very reliable, little used, purchased in 1995. 36. 2 x Attwood auto-bilge pumps with audio alarm. 37. Oregon weather station - time controlled by signal from France. 38. ICOM M601 VHF. 39. Furuno NAVTEX. 40. Roving windlass hand-held control set - sited in salon near front opening windows. 41. Electric sea water pump to galley, cockpit and anchor locker. 42. 2 x 13.0kg butane gas cylinders (each one lasts about 3 months). 43. Stainless steel washing-up liquid hand pump sited in galley. 44. 2 x polished wood folding seats. 45. Brandt washing machine - WTD1271F - sited forward of the S/B heads shower. Connected to 240V system and cold water supply. Virtually unused. 46. Calorifier - upgraded to 40L and re-sited under port aft berth. 47. Holding tank in port heads. 48. Katadyn 40E water maker - fitted under port forward berth in April 2006 and little used. Uses about 4 amps so in the summer could be left on all day. 49. Owner's berth (S/B side) has roll-out timber slats to keep the mattress off the bed base plus an extra 2" thick mattress (IKEA Sultan Himmal). 50. Mosquito blinds for all opening windows and roll-up leather privacy blinds for all hull berth windows. 51. 240V microwave oven with grill. 52. Toshiba colour TV and DVD player (new in 2005). The TV will work in most countries. 53. JVC stereo radio/tape/CD player - with separate 12 CD stacker unit. 54.
