Although built in 1994, you would be forgiven for mistaking her for a craft built as late as 2004. This is due, in part, to her superb quality Burr Maple woodwork, recent replacement/refurbishment of her leather upholstery and state of the art electronics, which give her the look and feeling of a late model Princess.
As you embark from the stern, you will be astounded by the good sized cockpit area, incorporating built in seating and integral moulded staircase which carries you up to the flybridge. The flybridge has forward helm position, 'L' shaped seating and boasts room aft for sunbathing. She has a fixed Radar Arch, bracket with fitted liferaft and overall flybridge cover.
She sleeps 6 people in 3 cabins, the forward stateroom has a double island berth & ensuite head/shower. To port is a twin cabin with bunks and the starboard cabin has twin single berths with daytime head/shower.
Relax in the atmosphere of the saloon with it's overhead & side mood lighting (electronically controlled) and enjoy the entertainment centre, comprising of TV/DVD, CD/Radio and even a Playstation II. A fixed extending dining table lies infront of the 'U' shaped sofa and a drinks cabinet stowing bottles & glasses, coupled with a drinks fridge completes the saloon.
Step down into the good size Galley with twin stainless steel sinks, refridgerator, LPG Gas Hob & concealed Microwave Oven.
Importantly, she comes with a GM 8KVA Generator, Eberspacher hot air heating and air conditioning, Radar/Chart plotter, VHF Navtex and Log/Depth instrumentation.
The Princess benefits from Spur rope cutters and comes complete with a Tender & outboard stowed on davits, all included in the sale price.
This is a beautiful example of this popular model in good order, which belies it's age.
